How to Perform in NYC?

In New York, we are fortunate to be able to see performing arts from all over the world, and there must be many other people who hope to have a performance in New York someday. In fact, New York is full of theaters, in all different sizes, and new places to perform are added every year. In addition to its international atmosphere, this makes New York relatively open to outsiders. But it is also difficult to arrange performances from outside the city: Artists tend to be at a loss in the flood of information, and they may find that it is hard to acquire detailed information. In order to provide artists, especially those who hail from outside of New York, with useful information, I would like to report on how to perform in New York.
