Ansanelli,
New York City Ballet
Alexandra
Ansanelli, only 21, a rose about to bloom, is now one
of the best hopes of the New York City Ballet. In their
huge posters you may see here and there in New York
City, she is putting on her pointe shoe, sitting on
rose-scattered stairs, as if she were Cinderella trying
to wear a shoe which had dropped off from her foot.
Just as in the picture, the young dancers life
till now has been filled with hard work, hardship ,
and good fortune.
