Eiko + Koma
"We are even more confused about dancing."

Eiko and Koma are an interesting couple. Having no greed nor desire for fame, they start by examining my every question as I interviewd them, probably without even knowing they are doing so. Every time I see them, they are concerned with nothing else but their own production at the time. It is, however, very important for them to keep their eyes on what's going on in the world and people's minds, since these factors are deeply involved with their works. We bring Eiko and Koma's words to you this month; they will be having an event in New York soon.
