Performing Arts Magazine of New York

The Arts Cure, initially issued as New York Dance Fax in 1992. It was faxed to subscribers in Japan. In 1993, the publication was
reformatted as a magazine with photographs. All articles
are published in both Japanese and English.

The magazine features the following:

* A special feature articles
* Current performing arts news
* Reviews of dance, opera, and theater performances
* New York performing arts and workshop calendars
and the location of the events

Since May 1999, The Arts Cure (formerly New York Dance Fax ) became free with public funds from The Fund for Creative Communities/New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program, administered by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council. You can pick up the copy in the following locations:
