Class Card Regulations

(1)

Students must sign in before the class commences. Students should purchase class cards before classes.
A class card bought after a class may not be applied to the class just taken.
If a student is unable to buy a class card before class begins because he/she is late to the class (when the instructor is taking care of sign-in work), the student may do the clerical procedure to sign in during the class break or immediately after class, but will have to take the class at the single-class rate. Make sure to arrive earlier than usual when you wish to buy a class card. This rule does not apply when signing in was not done before class due to lateness or absence of the clerical person. In such cases, the regular clerical procedure will be done in the break or after class.
When a student does not use up his/her class card by its expiration date, the student may continue to use the card for one additional month by adding different amount with a single card. However, the class card will not be useable more than one month after its expiration.

(2)

You cannot give or lend your class card to others, except among family members.

(3)

If you forget to bring your class card, you must take the class at the single-class rate. You may not simply bring the class card the next time when you take the same class. Class cards are also receipts of your payment: the card must be presented each time you take a class.

(4)

Tuition is not refundable. If you lose your class card, neither the Arts Cure Classes nor Dance Project SEQUENCE, Inc., can refund any remaining balance or reissue the class card.

(5)

Dance Project SEQUENCE, Inc. is not responsible for injury and/or any loss of personal belongings before, during, or after classes. The organization is also waived of responsibility for any kind of problem a student may encounter on his/her way to or from the Arts Cure Classes.
